Preamble:
For the Management of Sri Kanteerava Stadium, Bangalore, a Stadium Management Committee was constituted vide G.O read at (1) above. The Commissioner, Youth Services & Sports in his letter read at (2) above has reported that Sri. Kanteerava Stadium is being remodeled and the facilities are upgraded to that of International Standards, An Indoor Stadium of International Stadium has also being constructed with in the premises addition to these Stadia, an another Indoor Stadium is also being constructed at Hockey Stadium, Bangalore City Corporation Play Grounds at Hombegowdanagar and near Vidyapeeta circle are being developed further, it has been reported by the Commissioner Youth Services & Sports, Bangalore that these facilities have been created for the 4th National Games will be reverting back to the Department of Youth Services & Sports, once the National Games are over for future management.
Under the Circumstances the Commissioner, Youth Services & Sports has proposed that the Stadium Management Committee may be reconstituted.
Government has examined the above proposal.

Government has examined the proposal of the Commissioner, Youth Services & Sports Department in detail and are pleased to reconstitute the Stadia Management Committee, to manage the Sri. Kanteerava Open Stadium and the Indoor Stadia at (in the premises of) Sri. Kanteerava Stadium and at Koramangala and the Western wing of the Hockey Stadium, Bangalore City Corporation Play Grounds Hombegowdanagar and near Vidyapeeta Circle, Bangalore.
