  • G2C Services

    G2G services encompass G2C services as well as specialized services that cover only government employees, such as the provision of human resource training and development that improve the bureaucracy’s day-to-day functions and dealings with citizens.

  • G2B Services

    G2B transactions include various services exchanged between government and the business community, including dissemination of policies, memos, rules and regulations.Business services offered include obtaining current business information, downloading application forms, renewing licenses, registering businesses, obtaining permits, and payment of taxes.

  • G2G Services

    G2G services encompass G2C services as well as specialized services that cover only government employees, such as the provision of human resource training and development that improve the bureaucracy’s day-to-day functions and dealings with citizens.

  • CeG to make public services more customer-centric, roll out new services
    The Centre for e-Governance (CeG) is a society under the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (e-Governance). CeG was formed to serve as the nodal agency to implement common IT infrastructure across all departments of the Government and also provide support in terms of IT and e-Governance consulting. Dr. Ratan U. Kelkar, CEO of the centre speaks in an interview. Excerpts.
