KJA Secretariat, coordinated under Member Secretary, will implement all actions and undertake any background and secretarial work for KJA. KJA Secretariat will create and organise the technical and administrative/financial procedures for all its activities to support KJA and hire people on annual or time-bound contract basis, reporting to Member-Secretary, KJA. Within KJA Secretariat, specific Focal points are identified for each such team/group.

Ms. Rashmi Raj
Senior Research Associate
She comes with comprehensive experience of over 10 years at various capacities in IT, VCS Standards projects initiation, planning, implementation validation and Verification. She has an extensive experience in private sectors like (Accenture, HP, Goldman Sachs, Paras Geo Solutions) and served with Government firms like Jala Samvardhane Yojana Sangha (JSYS) and Watershed Development Department (WDD). She holds a Masters in Geo Informatics & Remote Sensing from VTU, Belgaum and continues to pursue research in the same University. She has presented and published National level research papers in various forums on GIS applications.
Ms. Jayashri holds a doctoral degree from Department of Economics and Co-operation, University of Mysore. She specializes in Financial Institutions & Markets and Econometrics. She also has an M. Phil degree for her thesis on 'Impact of Financial Liberalisation on Financial Sectors in India'. She has published many books and articles and has presented several research papers as well. Besides, she has also worked as a Research Associate in Institute of Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore.
Ms. R. Nandhini
Ms. Nandhini as a Civil Transportation Engineer with over 15 years of experience in leading and managing various civil engineering and Application related projects, holding a Master Degree in Transportation Engineering & Management. She has a solid background in Civil & CAD/GIS applications and a mastery of all stages of project planning including schedule, client communication and resource allocation. Hands-on experience in establishing a start-up company and managing HR/Admin/Finance/Statutory compliance along with project Management.
Ms. Rachana K. S
Research AssociateIs a Post Graduate in Biochemistry from Davangere University. She has an extensive research experience in Biochemistry with a specialization in Neurobiology. She has worked as a Junior Research Fellow under a major research project sponsored by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India, New Delhi. She has published research articles in peer reviewed journals and presented papers in international conferences.
Mr. K.S. Ashok Kumar
Admin & Finance Executive
Is a B.Com graduate from Bangalore University. He has over 35 years of experience working
with various Departments of Karnataka Government Secretariat. He retired from
the service as an Under Secretary to Government, DPAR (Accounts-1) ( Drawing
and Disbursing Officer) in 2012. He is currently working with the Commission as Admin & Finance Executive.
Mr. A. Roshan Jameer Basha
Is a B.Com. Graduate from Shri Venkateshwara University and is currently pursuing Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Shri Venkateshwara University. He has 5 years experience as an Admin and Finance Assistant/Project Management in National Design and Research Forum.

Has completed B.A. from Bangalore University and is currently pursuing Post Graduation in Sociology from KSOU. Has been working with the Commission since 2009.
