Vision

To facilitate the development of three Coastal Districts of the State namely Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Uttara Kannada by planning, interaction with people on basic infrastructure, employment, education, health care, drinking water, electrical power and skill development for self reliance etc.

Mission

 

  1. Selection of immediate small small developmental works on basic needs, planning and costing, prepare preliminary project reports/detailed project reports and seek approval of the government for implementing by the Coastal Development Authority.
  2. Next step to prepare Project Planning for tourism development infrastructure, sports and youth welfare, creation of full pledged play ground in each town and creation of Parks and landscaping.
  3. Plans and facilities for self employment of youths in rural areas.
  4. Pursuing the Government for getting direct grants for implementing small small schemes planned by the Coastal Development Authority. The main intention is to the fruits of development should reach the masses immediately.
