​​​​​Records & documents required to process and issue No Objection Certificate.


  1. An application addressed to the Director General of Policeand Director General, Karnataka State Fire & Emergency Services,No.1, Annaswamy Mudaliar Road,Bangalore –560 042.
    *Applicants address should be indicated clearly.

  2. Documents to establish the hold over the property including registered G.P.A.

  3. Site plan, elevation plan, section plan, all floor plans indicating   the fire prevention and fire fighting provisions including location of water tanks for fire fighting and domestic use and details of  water source that are proposed to be incorporated in the building should be submitted in duplicate.
  4. After the receipt of the file with above documents, the file will be sent to the jurisdictional inspection officer. The inspection officer will inspect the site and will scrutinize the drawings regarding incorporating of all fire Fighting and Fire fighting measures and submit his report to the chief office.

  5. In the chief office the report will be studied in detail and after approval by the DGP & DG a challan will be prepared to collect Govt. fee from the applicant ( Rs. 20 per Sq.mtrs of super built up area) .The applicant has to remit the amount in the Govt. treasure and has to submit the challan to the chief office. There after NOC will be issued to the licensing authority along with one set of signed drawings and also a copy to the applicant.
